Tier 1 – Basic:
Includes one spring startup and one winterization.
Tier 2 - Pro:
Includes one spring startup, one summer inspection, and one winterization
Tier 3 - Premium:
Includes one spring startup, two summer inspections, and one winterization
Tier 4 - Elite:
Includes one spring startup, two summer inspections, one emergency side visit, and one winterization
Tier 5 - NEXT LEVEL:
includes (1) spring start up, (5) summer inspections, (2) emergency side visits and (1) winterization
LIVE MONITORING:
We offer live monitoring throughout the season. Must have WiFi timer and Tier 2 or highier maintenance plan.
Ask us about pricing for Wi-Fi timers and flow meter upgrades.
Spring Startup:
Includes 1 hour of labor, turning on water, adjusting heads, checking for leaks and setting timerfor spring watering. Any additional time will we bill at the rate of $100 per hour and 15 minute increments.
Winterization:
Includes the blowout of your irrigation system, winterizing backflow device and turning off pump for well systems.
Emergency Side Visits:
Includes dispatch fee at no charge. Any additional time will be billed at the rate of $100 per hour and 15 minute increments. No parts are included but discounts do apply.
