- Inspect and adjust each head
- Set timer for seasonal watering
- Inspection report after visit
- One winterization includes:
- Winterizing backflow preventer and or pump
- Suspending watering
- Blowing out main and lateral lines.
- Includes a winterization tag with date of service after completed.
Tier 2 - Pro
Our Tier 2 plan includes:
- One spring startup includes:
- Turning on water source
- Checking main and lateral lines for leaks
- Inspect and adjust each head
- Set timer for seasonal watering
- Inspection report after visit
- One summer inspection includes:
- Walking through entire system
- Adjusting heads if needed
- Checking for hot spots or wet spots
- Adjusting timer for seasonal watering
- One winterization includes:
- Winterizing backflow preventer and or pump

Please note that live monitoring (with a mandatory Wi-Fi timer) is available throughout the season with all plans except Tier 1.
